At Echelon Front, we take Extreme Ownership of our products and your satisfaction. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll make it right—quickly and fairly.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You may return or exchange items within 60 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in new or gently used condition. If there’s a quality issue, let us know—we stand by our products.
  • To start a return, email us at gear@echelonfront.com with your order details.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we’ll own it and send a replacement or issue a full refund—no hassle.
