MISSION: Echelon Front’s mission is to educate, train, mentor, and inspire leaders and organizations to achieve total victory. Echelon Front offers unmatched solutions in leadership, strategy, innovation, management, team building, contingency planning, and crisis management developed and proven in the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams.

Since September 11, 2001, a new generation of leaders has been forged on the front lines of war. Leadership theories have been tested by raw combat. Hypotheses have been put through trials of fire. Lessons have been written in blood. The US Navy SEAL Teams have been at the tip of the spear in this conflict and at the forefront of this transformation in leadership.

Echelon Front was formed by that generation of SEALs, emerging from the triumphs and tragedies of war with a crystallized understanding of leadership in the most challenging environments. At its core are battle-tested concepts of combat leadership that directly correlate to all leadership situations on and off the battlefield. Echelon Front is rooted in one of the most highly decorated Special Operations units of the Iraq War: SEAL Team THREE, Task Unit BRUISER.

Echelon Front leadership training and consulting is directly applicable to anyone that needs to lead in dynamic situations. We teach tried, tested, and proven U.S. Navy SEAL leadership principles and strategies learned on the front lines of the War on Terror.
